Our Manufacturing Process

Blow molding is a manufacturing process used to produce hollow objects, such as bottles, containers, and automotive spoilers. It involves heating a thermoplastic material until it becomes molten, and then inflating it into a mold cavity to form the desired shape.

In the case of automotive spoilers, the blow molding process typically involves using a parison (a hollow tube of molten plastic) that is placed in a mold cavity. The mold is then closed, and compressed air is introduced to inflate the parison and force it to conform to the shape of the mold. The plastic is then cooled and solidified before being removed from the mold.

Vacuum forming is another manufacturing process used to create three-dimensional shapes from a flat sheet of plastic.
